Explaining Bigfoot to a Scientist

Driving home last night with the wife, we were listening to a scientist on a popular radio show as he fielded a call from a listener.
The caller asked the preeminent Astrophysicist (paraphrased here), ‘Dr. _______ given that we agree that there is enough chemistry floating around in all of our multiple universes to ensure that other life forms are not only possible but likely, at what point in your estimation does intelligent design become impossible to ignore?
The Scientist replied that he has spent many hours arguing with people who came from the intelligent design camp and no longer wished to do so, and at this he went to the next caller.
I thought: This situation, where those who believe that Extra-terrestrial entities exist and those who do not is tiresome.  People in the naysayer group basically clam up when it comes to any further discussion about Ancient Aliens, UFOs, Abduction phenomenon and all of the attendant information that goes with it.  I will include that Bigfoot/Sasquatch falls into the same chasm of stonewall vs. reasonable investigation, for reasons I will list later, but the overall issue here is:
We have an interesting mystery.
It does not seem to be nearing a resolution as to it’s nature.
Hard Science allows for only solid, tangible, repeatable evidence.
But witness testimony, along with solid scientific investigation is still not allowable.
So the stalemate continues.

But I also think that we have individuals involved in the equation who work at keeping the mystery unsolved. In that respect, it’s reasonable to assume that full disclosure would be counterproductive to the betterment of Bigfoot as well. If a government official, say, from the U.S. Forest Service released a memo something like this:

What do you suppose would happen?   Would campers politely heed the advice and steer clear of any Sasquatches. Would they simply report a sighting to a Ranger and then go back to their campfire for hotdogs and s'mores?   No, I don't think so.

It's far more likely that word would get out quickly of a 'Bigfoot hotspot' and the area would be inundated overnight with researchers, TV news people, hunters and simple nutjobs seeking fame.  The loser in the scenario is Mr. (and Mrs.) Sasquatch.

So at this point, I have made a case for the reason why the mysteries of Aliens, Abductions, Cattle Mutilations, Bigfoot might be kept secret.  For anyone who seeks the truth for themselves, we are still mostly on our own.

But we have some good help.

In the arena of E.T. there is much that has been done that has furthered our understanding of the who, what, where and why of Alien involvement in human affairs.

Dr. John Mack, Budd Hopkins, Dr. David Jacobs and Jacques Vallee, Dr. J. Allen Hynek, Dr. Leo Sprinkle, Linda Moulton Howe, and a number of other very smart, accredited and credible, thorough individuals have laid the groundwork and hypothesis for a solid understanding of the story.
And it is reasonable to accept that Aliens (as an incomplete moniker) are here, have been here, are interacting with humans in various ways. This is the strange part, however. Even though the  work of the aforementioned, including many hours of hypnotherapy, repeatable witness testimony, the recovery of implanted devices, as well as radiological event site samples should conclude that there is a real phenomenon going on, because the mainstream media does not funnel it into the homes of the average earth citizen as a news flash, it does not exist.

My point in reiterating all of this is that we have a connection here that makes much more sense once the puzzle pieces, however intangible, are put together.

If we accept that Aliens exist, then we are faced with rewriting a great deal of history for the common people, but it is necessary to do so if we seek the truth. And strange part of this summation is that so many of us have been brainwashed by various traditional text books, teaching curriculums and religious doctrines that anything that comes along to challenge it is instantly blown off.  Why?
Why is it so hard to believe that other life forms, much more advanced that ourselves, might have been involved in the human story, any more than the concept of an invisible, benevolent (and sometimes malevolent) God who sees everything we do all of the time?

I submit the following quote by Dr. John Mack:
‘UFO abductions are not a rare phenomenon and have been estimated to have occurred to three-million Americans. There is a remarkably precise correspondence to the reports. Abductees exhibit relatively little psychopathology. The author uses a combination of hypnosis and a breathing technique as treatment in helping the abductees confront and move through the terrifying memories of the experiences. Abduction events and descriptions of aliens are relatively uniform. There is both subtle and highly robust physical evidence (underline mine) that accompanies some of the abductions. The aftermaths of these events are usually highly traumatic. But in processing these terrors, abductees are often able to find these events a source of transformation, in connecting them beyond themselves." From The UFO Abduction Phenomenon: What Does it Mean for the Transformation of Human Consciousness? by John E. Mack, M.D.

What is your summation of the paranormal hypotheses being used to help explain the existence of Bigfoot?

Flesh and Blood vs. Thought Forms

The following report was posted at the BFRO recently and deserves scrutiny:

Large man-like figure seen in the trees while training at Fort A.P. Hill VA.
YEAR: 2008
SEASON: Fall
MONTH: November
DATE: 15
STATE: Virginia
COUNTY: Caroline County
LOCATION DETAILS: Military Installation, during a training operation no one outside of the military had access to this location.
NEAREST TOWN: Fort A.P. Hill VA
NEAREST ROAD: Route 1
OBSERVED: This report was originally submitted by email and later investigated by telephone.

"I am a former United States Marine who in 2008 had a very
compelling sighting of what can only be discribed as a Bigfoot. I am
willing to tell my story once I am contacted and also I have two other
US Marines that saw the same being. I can assure you that I am 100
percent honest with what I saw and that I can provide proof of my
credentials and location."
ALSO NOTICED: All of the witnesses including myself said that the being had been in the trees over top of us and it was dead quite just before and during the sighting.
OTHER WITNESSES: Yes two other witnesses also where US Marines. We were on watch at the same time during a training operation.
OTHER STORIES: NO.
TIME AND CONDITIONS: It was very dark that particular night, it had been cold.
ENVIRONMENT: Heavy wooded, plenty of water sources, food source,
wild life, and lots of changes in elevation.

Follow-up investigation report by BFRO Investigator D.K.:
After a lengthy phone conversation with the witness, the following information may be added to his report:

-The witness was an active duty Marine stationed with his unit at Quantico Marine base.

-During a 2008 training event, his unit flew by helicopter into the training ranges of Fort A. P. Hill near Bowling Green, Virginia.

-After disembarking and maneuvering through the training ranges, his unit set up a bivouac to sleep for the night.

-While pulling guard duty, with two other Marines, between 2 and 4 a.m., the witness looked up from his seated position on the ground and saw a large human shape standing in the trees above him.

-He estimates the figure was 30 feet from him, and above him on a 45 degree angle. Its body was heavily built and the total body height was between 7 and 8 feet. It was silhouetted against the starlit sky and stood out clearly.

-It appeared to be holding onto the trees with long outstretched arms, but he could not make out what its feet were resting upon.

-The Marine blinked his eyes to test and clear his vision, the figure remained. He blinked his eyes a second time and then saw the figure move silently from one large tree to the next.

-He blinked his eyes a third time, and the figure vanished from sight.

-In the morning, the Marine made no mention of his observation during the unit's meeting before moving out. Unbidden, the second Marine who'd been on watch, at a location removed from the witness, asked if anyone had seen something in the trees the night before.

-The third Marine responded in the affirmative, and described a large man-like figure moving silently through the trees above the unit's position. He too was observing from a position apart from the first two men on guard.

-In discussion afterward, the three Marines came to the conclusion that they had all seen the same figure, high above their posts, traversing silently through the old growth trees and circling their unit's position.

-Since this event, the first witness has been honorably discharged from the Corp, the second is deployed to Afghanistan and unavailable for comment, and the third has fallen out of contact.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Like the previous post on this page, I read the sighting report and felt that the general theme of the story was too strange to chalk up to a giant North American Ape.
Firstly, the witnesses could be called ‘trained observers’ from a military standpoint, as they were ‘on watch’ during a training exercise. That there were not just one, but three independent observers lends credence to the story (albeit credence that should be vetted by further contact with all three people).
The first of the main sticking points that seems to fly in the face of the ‘flesh and blooders’is that this entity was so CLOSE to them, and yet never made a sound as it moved. To give the reader some perspective on distances, the main observer stated that the ‘being’ he saw was approximately  ’30 feet away’.
Thirty feet is the distance of about two car lengths. And even if this witness was off by 15 feet, the distance of THREE car lengths (aprox. 45 to 50 feet) is still quite close.
Given that this entity was above the witnesses, at a 45 degree angle, in a very dark, heavily forested area, there is certainly room for error in a physical account, but the aspect of complete silence is very strange, when an 8 foot tall, several hundred pound animal moving from tree to tree, at a distance of only thirty feet SHOULD make at least a little noise.
Finally, the second ‘high strangeness’ point that this entity vanished literally in the blink of an eye gives support to the idea that these Marines did not see a real, live throwback to human ancestry hanging in the canopy above them, but that the entity was far more ethereal, either existing as a spectral ‘thought form’ or as an interdimensional being, either of which is posited in ‘The Law of One’ material.

Bigfoot Bothered by Bullets?

Cruising the BFRO for any new reports today, I found the following story.
Read it and my comments will follow:

YEAR: 2009
SEASON: Fall
STATE: Illinois
COUNTY: Jefferson County
NEAREST TOWN: Bonnie
NEAREST ROAD: I-57

OBSERVED: I have saw what I would call a big foot three times. The first time it was in the fall of 2010. It was late at night. I woke up by my dogs barking. I got up to see what was going on. Thru the screen door I could see a large dark figure walking across my pasture going to my barn. I went back to my bed room and got a gun. I stepped out the door. The creature was a few feet from my barn and I noticed its head was level with the bottom of the roof of my barn. It was very large. I fired one shot in the air to try to scare it off. It didn't phase it. I then opened fire. It took off running across the pasture running thru 3 strands of wire. One of my dogs took off after it and I followed. I shot 14 40 cal. bullets toward this creature and it didn't slow it down. It disappeared into the corn behind my house. I had goats in the barn. Twice in the fall of 2011 I saw it walking across the field once in the field behind my house once in front. Both time going south to north.
ALSO NOTICED: I didn't hear anything then but a couple times at night I have heard strange noises coming from the woods

OTHER WITNESSES: First time my wife. She was sleeping before.
TIME AND CONDITIONS: 1-2 a.m. and dusk
===============================================================
The BFRO is run by a number of administrators who work at maintaining a non-biased, hard evidence oriented format.  It’s a good idea, as flights of fancy in regard to the mystery of Bigfoot’s true nature get out of control quite quickly.  That said, when I cruise the sight, I look for the stranger aspects of these stories, because I’m quite certain that a number of the submissions they get are not included due to the ‘iffy’ feel they might impart.
Also, I might go further and suggest that some reports could even be edited to make them usable, when in fact they may have included paranormal aspects. This is impossible to prove, unless someone inside the BFRO admits it and backs that up with proof, but in the big picture this is unimportant. We believe what we wish to believe.
One initial aspect that I found to be troubling was the mindset of the witness. He hears a noise, sees 'a large dark figure', he retrieves his gun and just fires at it without any attempt at contact or identification. The warning shot was his one act of kindness in the situation, and the suggestion that he was protecting his goats was his motivation. Weak.

I am waiting for the news report that somebody from this area has shot a man who had wandered onto his property, thinking it was Bigfoot.

The even stranger thing about the report above of course is that this witness states that he shot at the creature ’14 times’ with ‘.40 cal’ rounds. The witness expresses surprise that the creature ‘didn’t slow down’. We could surmise that he simply missed his target, or that he is lying altogether, but if he isn’t lying, it would also seem unlikely that not one of his 14 shots made contact.

A .40 caliber bullet is a very serious bit of ammunition,  and without invoking all the minutia of caliber sizes, it is safe to say that if a bullet of this magnitude impacted a human, even in the enviroment of a dark, night time location, it would alter that humans behavior markedly.  My point in all of this is that the story is reflective of other stories of Bigfoot not being fazed by gunfire. In all of my years of reading about this stuff, I can remember maybe one or two stories that indicated a Sasquatch reacted to being shot.

What might this prove? It proves nothing except perhaps that Bigfoot is not bothered by bullets because he is not a flesh and blood creature. The witness did not state whether he looked for blood, hair or other evidence the next day. This exclusion is suspect too. But my main goal with the blog post is to suggest that these creatures are not simply a Great mutant Ape hybrid, but a complicated combination of types, including interdimensional and even a sort of Spirit animal.

Before the reader dismisses those explanations, it is important to consider the work of George Knapp and Colm Kelleher at the Skinwalker Ranch, where the investigative reporter and authors witnessed and wrote about the very similar incidents of large anomalous animals being shot at close range with high caliber ammunition without suffering any consequences.

Nuclear Bigfoot

It is reasonable to say that a number of advances in science were the result of happenstance.

The work of predecessors, good timing and the occasional happy accident account for a number of the greatest accomplishments in human history.

The great Astronomer Galileo Galilei did not invent the telescope that brought him fame, as he merely modified the instrument that was previously invented by Dutch/German lensmaker Hans Lippershey.

And the atomic age was launched by the accidental discovery of X-rays by Roentgen in 1895, to be followed two years later by Becquerel accidentally discovering radioactivity. Then the Curies discovered two radioactive decay products of uranium when they were actually seeking ‘natural' radioactive elements such as uranium and thorium. Roentgen was awarded the first Nobel Prize in Physics in 1901 and Becquerel shared the same Prize with the Curies two years later.

Marie Curie did not attain full recognition for her work until the death of her husband Pierre in a carriage accident, after which she became the first woman to become a professor at the prestigious Sorbonne. Curie died at 66 due to aplastic anemia, brought on by the effects of ionizing radiation in the isotopes she carried around in test tubes in her apron.

German physicist and founder of Quantum Theory, Max Planck wrote, (paraphrased) "Truth never triumphs—its opponents just die out, science advances one funeral at a time." The meaning here is that if the intellectual climate changes for the better it will be because it changes what subjects and methods young people think are interesting.
For myself, in rereading the Law of One transcripts, I am reminded of the passage regarding nuclear war. Though the wording of the section (9:17) states the actual term ‘war’, I cannot help but to consider the implications of nuclear radiation on this planet’s inhabitants regardless of where it originates from.

What I mean is, when Ra talks about how Bigfoot, in it’s 2nd density, is designed (my word) to remain here after a nuclear war, they state that it is because their bodies can withstand the effects of radiation.
The Ra Material was transcribed in 1984 by James McCarthy, 'downloaded' persay, as channeled information from spiritual entities directly to humans Don Elkins and Carla Rueckert.

I find it curious that the Ra Material included the references to Bigfoot and his apparent ability to withstand radioativity being published a few years after the Three Mile Island Nuclear meltdown, when protests were at their peak. But nevertheless, the transcripts are compelling in tone, and the phenomenonon of channeling itself is fascinating.

What purpose might the channelers have in including this sort of information? I will now repost the Law of One information pertaining to that segment:

9.17 Questioner: Is there any particular race of people on our planet now who were incarnated here from second density?

Ra: I am Ra. There are no second-density consciousness complexes here on your sphere at this time. However, there are two races which use the second-density form. One is the entities of the planetary sphere you call Maldek. These entities are working their understanding complexes through a series of what you would call karmic restitutions. They dwell within your deeper underground passageways and are known to you as “Bigfoot.”

The other race is that being offered a dwelling in this density by guardians who wish to give the mind/body/spirit complexes of those who are of this density at this time appropriately engineered physical vehicles, as you would call these chemical complexes, in the event that there is what you call nuclear war.

9.18 Questioner: I didn’t understand what these vehicles or beings were for that were appropriate in the event of nuclear war.

Ra: I am Ra. These are beings which exist as instinctual second-density beings which are being held in reserve to form what you would call a gene pool in case these body complexes are needed. These body complexes are greatly able to withstand the rigors of radiation which the body complexes you now inhabit could not do.

9.19 Questioner: Where are these body complexes located?

Ra: I am Ra. These body complexes of the second race dwell in uninhabited deep forest. There are many in various places over the surface of your planet.

9.20 Questioner: Are they Bigfoot-type creatures?

Ra: This is correct although we would not call these Bigfoot, as they are scarce and are very able to escape detection. The first race is less able to be aware of proximity of other mind/body/spirit complexes, but these beings are very able to escape due to their technological understandings before their incarnations here. These entities of the glowing eyes are those most familiar to your peoples.

9.21 Questioner: Then there are two different types of Bigfoot. Correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This will be the final question.
There are three types of Bigfoot, if you will accept that vibratory sound complex used for three such different races of mind/body/spirit complexes. The first two we have described.
The third is a thought-form.

=========================================================
So, to paraphrase, the upshot of this is that Bigfoot was created by 'Guardians' who fear the decimation of humanity, but who cannot prevent it from happening. These Guardians 'engineered' Bigfoot to basically start over again to repopulate the planet as it seethes with radioactivity.

Talk about a dismal scenario.

Free will is not looking like such a great idea at this point, so I'm holding out some hope for those stories about UFOs buzzing nuclear silos and shutting down missles by remote.   If our 'Space Brothers' cannot solve all of our stupidly created problems, maybe they can at least slow down our demise.

High Strangeness: The Wildest Bigfoot Theories

At the risk of alienating even more followers of Bigfoot Theory, I will list a few of the most extreme explanations for the hairy hominid, in order of strange to strangest.
Anyone who is a staunch ‘flesh and blood’ advocate will likely just skip over this chapter in the saga, and perhaps even a few of the ‘extranormal/spiritual’ camp will give these suppositions short shrift as well, but until Bigfoot is fully explained, tagged, categorized, and/or listed in 'Who's Who', all available, pertinent information should at least be given a quick perusal.
We can absorb fairly easily the ideas of a simple ghostly version of Sasquatch. Native American/First Nations peoples have a long history of the spiritual, animistic Gods who rule their world and the stories are well documented.
From a neat sci-fi oriented site called io9.com:
‘In an early issue of the Bigfoot newsletter The Track Record, Gayle Highpine surveyed the various attitudes of North American tribes toward Bigfoot. Lakota, Dakota and Ojibway consider him a spirit guide and harbinger who brings "signs or messages that there is a need to change, a need to cleanse." One Dakota tribe member told a local newspaper, "They exist in another dimension from us, but can appear in this dimension whenever they have a reason to."
Highpine also alludes to a common Bigfoot theme – psychic powers:
The existence of Bigfoot is taken for granted throughout Native North America, and so are his powerful psychic abilities. [Native elders] say that Bigfoot knows when humans are searching for him and that he chooses when and to whom to make an appearance, and that his psychic powers account for his ability to elude the white man's efforts to capture him or hunt him down.
In the 2002 documentary Bigfootville, Native Americans in Oklahoma claimed that Bigfoot could be standing right in front of you, but he could make you not see him with his "magic hypnosis powers."

Bigfoot is an Alien
In a 1997 interview with Big Foot Encounters (Thank you Bobbie Short) comes the following story about a rural Seattle man's experience:
'Under hypnosis he told of watching two UFOnauts descend from beneath a huge hovering disk-shaped UFO and walk casually into the woods followed by a tall, hair-covered ape-like creature that seemed subservient to them. For weeks preceding the experience the witness said he was often roused at night by a loud whirring noise that originated in the sky above trees near his home. Neighbors also heard the sound which was recorded on tape, and in one of the recordings a high-pitched wailing cry can be heard behind the drone of the sound-maker.'

Bigfoot is a Demon/Shapeshifter

Looking at the basic, known parameters, it is arguable that Bigfoot could indeed be some kind of fallen angel.
He smells of sulfur, he has red glowing eyes, he strikes not just fear into witness/observers, but abject terror. He can run like a gazelle, scale impossible inclines and also just vanish instantly. He has the hellish scream of a woman in terrific pain.
His physical profile includes monstrous proportion compared to humans and a decidedly shaggy, goat-like exterior. Some reports include longish canine-like teeth and claws, and his demeanor during encounters is anything but friendly.
My own brother suggested (after reading 'Hunt for the Skinwalker') that due to a increasingly thinner veil between dimensions, humans will begin to encounter more and more demonic type beings, ranging from flying humanoids to inexplicable lifeforms, including Bigfoots who shape-shift, Bigfoots with wings, cat heads, missing body parts and even those wearing odd garments or carrying wands or tools. Talk about weird...this is the stuff.
But this catch-all explanation also allows fairies, goblins, ghosts and giants, so I think we're too far into folk tales and legends. We need to pare down the answer a bit more.
And too, Bigfoot does not seem to have a decided agenda, with no reports of deal-making, deal-breaking or other deceptions usually ascribed to tricksters like Beelzebub.
So for now, we have delineated the base, negative outline, we can ascertain that at least Bigfoot is probably not a Lutheran or Baptist, (although we cannot rule out Mormon yet.)

Bigfoot is Cain

From ourbigfoot.com:
'The Journal of Mormon History published an investigation into stories suggesting that the Bigfoot creatures are actually Cain from the bible, who murdered Adam and Eve's other son, Abel.
The article was written by Matthew Bowman who cited a manuscript dating back to 1919.  The manuscript tells of a missionary being attacked by a "huge hairy creature" whom the missionary drove off in the name of Christ!  This event brought up a discussion at the time between missionaries concerning another story from famed Mormon missionary, David W. Patten, who had also encountered a Bigfoot in Tennessee.  Patten described the Bigfoot as having no clothes, hairy and dark.  Patten further explained in his story from 1835, that the Bigfoot wanders the Earth, has no home, is very miserable, unable to die, and seeks the souls of lost men. In Patten's story, he
says he rebuked the beast in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and told him to leave.
So, the Bigfoot departed.  Uh-huh.

The article about these two past events by author Bowman, seems to tie some folklore together into a neat little package for the Mormon church to discuss and sort of wrap together.  You see, the other piece to this puzzle is that Mormon doctrine has taught that God punished Cain's ancestors and as part of their punishment the "mark of Cain" or "black skin" was given to them.  These racists teachings could be rectified, albeit crazily, if the Mormon church changes their teachings to say that the "black skin" is really the dark, Bigfoot creature's hairy hide.  Upon hearing this, apparently The Museum of Hoaxes suggested jokingly, "If Bigfoot is Cain, maybe Nessie is really the snake from the
Garden of Eden."

Mitt Romney said 'Bigfoot is a hoax'

Ahem!!!! I would just like to clear the air on the statement that bigfoot is a descendant of cain. May I remind you that after Adam, Eve, Cain and Abel there appeared in the Biblical text a man named Noah. In Noah’s day the earth was flooded wiping out all except 7 and these seven were Noah’s family. Therefore, unless Noah gathered a male and female bigfoot (Given Cain’s character I find this highly unlikely) or unless bigfoot can tread water for 40 days and 40 nights, it is impossible for Bigfoot to be a descendant of Cain. As you can see the theory that bigfoot is Cain is purely the figment of an ignorant mind much like many of the “Revelations” Joseph Smith and later leaders had.

Except for one thing: Remember, Cain 'cannot die'...which must mean, he's a helluva swimmer. sar
Bigfoot is from Another Planet
Nephilim, the Ra Material and

Bigfoot is a Cyborg/Robot/Supersoldier

This is my favorite take on the mystery for the sheer bizarreness. To suspect that the giant creature is not only NOT human, but that he was manufactured, with tubes, gears, pumps and circuitry, to mimic NOT a human, but a cross between a human and an ape, is so rich with strangeness that it should only be a matter of time before it becomes a tv or movie plot. Of course, this has already happened, and in the third season of ‘The Six Million Dollar Man’, an action drama featuring a cybernetic human that aired in the United States in the mid 1970s, Bigfoot was introduced as a fearsome nemesis for the hero, Steve Austin, who after a fierce log throwing battle and wrestling match (along with a foot chase at automotive speed) became further twisted by the discovery by Steve, after tearing off the Giant’s arm, that Bigfoot was not just a big ape, but a robot not terribly unlike Steve himself.  The irony is delicious. And story gets better when Steve tracks the Bigfoot to a cave where we learn he is captured by a group of aliens. These aliens had created the Bigfoot to protect them as they plundered the planet for jewels and precious metals.
We have to wonder: Where did the script writers get this bizarre idea?

Sasquatch Around the World

It is an arguable idea that paranormal anecdotes or witness accounts might be affected by regional cultures, and when all the reports of strange phenomena are examined from all places on the planet, the effect of each region's bias becomes evident. One example is in Jacques Vallee's excellent book 'Dimensions - Alien Contact', in which he documents a number of stories of 'flying refridgerators' that terrorize the residents of deep, rural Brazil.  Nowhere else in the world, to my understanding, has this been reported in this same set of descriptives.

Another case is the Alien encounter that happened in Voronezh, Russia in 1989, when a strange craft landed in a schoolyard and as witnessed by numerous school children and some adults, a couple of very tall, three-eyed creatures with tiny heads emerged and zapped a young boy with a (claw-held) laser wand, who then disappeared, reappearing later, apparently unharmed.  There is another report of a similar creature, (The Pascagoula Case) but not exactly the same type of critter. So for some reason, where a paranormal event happens has some bearing on the details of what these entities look like.

In the case listed below, we have the cultural bias of a soldier who lives in rural Russia. His experience is marked by the unusual inclusion of a bigfoot who can 'fly'.

As if it wasn't already strange enough:

Chelyabinsk Oblast, east of Central Ural Mountains, Russia - January 1997 - 08:00 a.m.-09:00 a.m.

A soldier of a local military unit, a cook at the radar post deep in the dense forest had gone to the perimeter fence of his unit in order to obtain some firewood from logs already prepared and positioned near the fence; he needed to prepare dinner for the company. The time was a little bit after breakfast. The weather was good and frosty with lots of snow on the ground and a good clear day. Suddenly he saw two hairy humanoids, one about 2.2m in height, the second about 1.7m. Both were covered in dense fur kind of dirty red in color. The soldier thought that the taller entity was a female and the second shorter one probably a child.

Both entities had penetrated inside the perimeter of the unit possibly attracted by the smell of the kitchen area. The witness was carrying an axe and for some strange reason was not afraid only curious and walked towards the creatures in an attempt to obtain a better look. But amazingly he wasn’t able to approach the pair, since both constantly seemed to move ahead of him, he couldn’t make up any ground between them so he increased his pace but at the same time the entities increased theirs moving quickly away from him. Finally, moving faster and faster the entities jumped up into the air and momentarily the witness thought that the perimeter fence would hinder their escape, but to his amazement he saw how both of the hairy humanoids simply zoomed into the air and levitated over the fence.

The humanoids then flew away and vanished above the tall pine trees in the forest which surrounded the military installation. The witness then stopped his pursuit, returned back to the fence and saw two tracks of footprints which were left on the snow. The layer of snow was thick and strong, evidently the tall hairy humanoid was very heavy. However the footprints seemed to become dimmer and less deep as they neared the fence, indicating that the humanoids apparently began ascending into the air. Other soldiers reported seeing the footprints but were reluctant to report it to their commanding officer.

Batsquatch Lives....or Not

My brother and I have had a number of discussions about assorted paranormal entities, from Bigfoot to Shadow People, Aliens to Demons and Angels, etc…and the one concept we agreed on that helps to explain the origins of all the previously mentioned is that they may be interdimensional.
Thumbing through George Knapp’s ‘Skinwalker’ stories, Knapp touches on the idea when he describes both a Bigfoot type creature and a very large, strange looking Wolf that seemed to come out of nowhere.
Nowhere indeed, and this describes a parallel universe, or at least some other level of existence that these weirdies might come from, traipsing through a portal of a temporal nature to scare the bejeezus out anyone unfortunate enough to see it.

One such report comes from my own backyard.

It’s a special story because I’ve never heard one exactly like it, and for that reason alone it should be suspected of being a false, hoaxed story. But the details are so well described that it’s still worth reading.
Batsquatch, a new sort of critter of apparent, very mixed parentage was seen April 23, 1994, by one Brian Canfield, who was driving his truck just outside of Buckley, Washington in the foothills near Mt. Rainier. Canfield described the thing he almost hit with his vehicle as a nine-foot-tall "Bigfoot-type creature," with blue-tinted fur, wings, tufted ears, bird-like claw feet, and a face like a wolf but without fangs, although its white teeth were very visible. The creature's eyes "were yellow and shaped like a piece of pie with pupils like a half- moon."

Now this is a description worthy of picture. And here it is:

Batsquatch Says: 'PICK UP YOUR GARBAGE...or I WILL EAT YOUR LIVER.'
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nice, huh? Look at the build on this guy. He looks like Batman and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s love child, after he fell into a vat of blueberry yogurt, and he’s clearly not happy about it.
Where did Batsquatch come from (and perhaps more importantly, where might he be going?).
My brother and I think that the ‘veil’ between dimensions is not just a bit ‘thin’ in some places, but is becoming thinner in many places, possibly as a result of the over-burgeoning human population and our proclivity for screwing up the planet.

This theory explains the plethora of ‘Alien Messages’ about this very subject, going as far back as ‘The Day the Earth Stood Still’ (‘Earthman, your planet will be reduced to a burning cinder unless you change your ways.’), as well as numerous Bigfoot contactees who report the same message, also from your standard, average old Angelic messengers.

With a thinning veil between our world and whatever world these oddballs come from, we should expect more and more of these reports, and though it hasn’t stopped me from driving a big gas-guzzler SUV yet, I do think more about my carbon footprint and try to recycle stuff. It’s a start, and maybe if Batsquatch could just come on TV to make a few public appearances, more people would get on the enviromental bandwagon, in a hurry.
